Sexual harassment and sex-related persecution violate the human dignity, freedom and privacy of the person, and equality between the sexes. Sexual harassment is a criminal offense, a civil wrong and a serious disciplinary offense. Sexual harassment and persecution cause harm to work relations and studies and are contrary to University policy.
